Technical Support Policy for KevPT
Because KevPT is not currently being developed, KevTools will provide only limited email based technical support on KevPT to registered users via email. Since KevPT uses FileMaker Pro, if you plan on customizing KevPT, you should have some FileMaker Pro knowledge and experience. KevTools may answer any questions on customizing KevPT, but may instead refer you to other sources if your question is of a general FileMaker Pro nature.
This support policy supercedes any policy that may be outlined in documentation included with the download. If you have any questions about KevPT support, please send us an email.

Purchasing
KevPT costs $25 for a single user, $100 for a site license, and $200 for unlimited use in your organization. Licenses for KevPT can be purchased here. A license not only gives you the ability to use KevPT to its fullest, but also the master password to unlock the database in FileMaker Pro. This allows you to customize KevPT as much as you like. Please note the support policy above before purchasing a KevPT license. Also note, while the license allows you to customize KevPT, you may not redistribute modified copies of KevPT without explicit permission.
