KevPT can be used to track problems, questions, or requests from you or your clients. You can track problems of your clients, of your clients' assets, and any actions you take to solve their problems. KevPT was primarily designed for help desks and technical support operations but can be used in any situation which requires tracking problems and request and their solutions.

KevPT is shareware. You can try it out for no charge but if you continue to use KevPT, you must register it. Please see the Download/Buy section for registering KevPT.

KevPT used to be named Problem Tracker in version 1.x. It has since been renamed in version 2.

Asset details let you track problems with your clients' equipment. Asset fields can be customized to be whatever you wish. If your clients are reporting problems with computer equipment, household appliances, automobiles, or anything, KevPT's asset fields can meet your needs.

Give your users different permissions to view and edit different records. Assign unique usernames and passwords to all of your staff members.
